- According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.<br><br>In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

“Nice 3* accomodation with friendly staff. The location allows accessing the beach bars and go for a run on the beach without a taxi. Breakfast is reasonable, didn't expect it to be as good as in the 5* hotel Luzeiros.”

“Suite (302) avec baignoire Spa vraiment très confortable, bien aménagée et spacieuse. La baignoire est quand même trop grande (remplissage lent) et ne comporte pas de douche à main, ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux (gd choix de fruits). Bureau touristique sur place, très pratique pour réserver un package bus/guide pour visiter les chutes côté argentin. Je recommande cette formule, sinon, grosse perte de temps à la frontière et sur place pour prendre le train menant au coeur des chutes. Pour le côté brésilien, pas de problème à le faire en solo (bus pas loin de l'hôtel qui vous amène directement au niveau de la billeterie), le chemin est très bien balisé. Spectacle magnifique !”
“Chambre très spacieuse et salle de bain Ok avec le nécessaire, dt sèche-cheveux. Balcon appréciable avec petite vue sur la mer. Piscine juste correcte. Petit déjeuner buffet tout à fait satisfaisant. On a choisi cet hôtel pour la consigne de bagages qui nous a permis d'aller visiter les dunes en emportant un minimum d'affaires. L'inconvénient de cette consigne est qu'on a été obligé de retourner à Sao Luis....”
“O atendimento do check-out melhorou bastante. /da última vez eu tinha reclamado que o check-out era desnecessariamente lento e isso poderia prejudicar hóspedes que precisam pegar voo na madrugada. Agora está mais ágil com o funcionário tendo mais confiança no hóspede.”
