“Friendly staff, the room was excellent, large, amazing bathroom. Everything you needed. Parking was 2 minutes across the road at the OMNI Q Park and we were issued with a voucher when leaving. You can hear noise from the street but this didn’t bother us and was expected with its location. Hotel is close to all main attractions. Perfect!”
“We arrived just after 1400hrs, they checked to make sure our room was available. They could not have been more helpful, when my wife was unable to continue on a spiral staircase. They apologised and accomadted us on the first floor. These rooms are beautiful and to a standard that the pictures do not do enough justice for. We often stay in Edinburgh and would look forward to enjoying another night or two here. Thank you”
