Excellent leisure facilities, pool etc. I was a bit surprised that guests do not have to sign out when leaving the leisure facilities, pool, etc. Life guards always seem to be on duty The steam room was closed on my 2nd day, a notice said that an engineer had been called to fix a problem”
“Staff were so helpful - reception, concierage, bar and restaurant. I,inBorrowed a hotel bike to cycle through the parks and the backs. The concierage spent time getting the bike ready, helmet and hi vis and helping me plan my route. A lovely end to our visit.( cycling in Cambridge is not easy, the other cyclists seem to own the roads!) Our dog was allowed in the bar area. There was live music in the bar in the evening - great piano and cello playing. Upgraded to a lovely room overlooking Parkers Piece. So enjoyed our stay. Thankyou”
