“The best of our hotels in touring on this holiday. Staff and management were exceedingly helpful and friendly. We had a small problem on arrival and the measure of a good hotel is how they deal with it. They were excellent. Spacious room and bathroom well equipped. Food, especially breakfast and service at breakfast was first class. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Good seating areas in lounge and library, newspapers provided. Location for our tour was ideal. It has a good reputation with people in the Scottish travel industry who we met on the west and north coasts, they ate there regularly. Would always return.”

Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. All in excellent condition and very clean. Nice bedding and good mattress and pillows. Very good evening meal in the bar with good service. Lovely breakfast served by Anna, who was a delight. All in all a lovely stay on routed to Orkney which was enjoyed by us all. Will use this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it.”
