“Staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived to the time we departed. The front desk kindly changed our room on check-in when we requested one with a private balcony, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for us on our last morning as we were catching a 6am train! Restaurant/bar staff were also very friendly. The decor throughout is just so over-the-top stunning and ornate, we couldn't stop taking pictures! The picture of our suite on the website was a true depiction - we weren't disappointed in the slightest. Excellent value for money - very reasonable room rate for feeling like a maharaja!”
“Beautiful, relaxing environment, clean rooms and facilities, efficient and accommodating staff. I definitely will return!”
“drum&music play ....lovely dancing girls ....on the roof top .. ... unforgetable !”
“Rooms are good, specially the suits are awesome, very comfortable”
“The only thing that i like was ambience and cleanliness”
“The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and flexible - for people who are traveling to sight-see especially with children, that is most important. I also absolutely loved and that's why had booked the heritage Haveli - has great ambiance. We were so busy with early morning expeditions running into late nights that we didn't get a chance to sit around in the haveli and at the various level terraces or absorb all the history/pictures that surrounded us - what we were able to do is hang out a little at the terrace in front of our room (while baby slept) to get a nightcap in and hear the city sounds and look at sky before heading to bed.”
“The indian-style architecture of the hotel is authentic and impressive. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and guests seemed happy. The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant with a nightly (if somewhat repetitive) dance/music show.”
“nothing stood out except being present in a quite locality with the setup having a bit of traditional feel.”
“The hotel is pleasant and it can be a nice experience to live in a heritage style property”
“This hotel was by far the best priced place we stayed and one of the most beautiful from an architecture perspective. Every corner of the hotel had black and white photos from the past and colorful décor all highlighting the Haveli. Pay the extra and get a suite. The rooms themselves are not overly fancy - we had a fridge and the bathrooms are pretty basic. We did have a nice large sitting area and bedroom space. Food for breakfast and dinner were very delicious and lots of selection.”
