The bed was comfortable, despite the box under the mattress being in a very questionable angle . The staff were incredible , especially the head housekeeper ! Parking was an absolute nightmare and comsisted of moving our car 4 times a day into different car parks as the entire area is ' permit holders only ' . The room was very over priced for the quality but it was nice enough .”
