“The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service; always friendly, helpful, efficienct and approachable. Nothing was too much for them! The decor was fabulous with a young and artistic ambience, our room was spacious and comfortable and boasted a beautiful view of the archway leading to the Manhattan Bridge. The food at Rice and Gold is incredible and the view from the rooftop bar fantastic, with great cocktails and a lovely outdoor area, weather permitting. The location was convenient for getting to everything we wanted to see and do in NYC and we felt quite safe on the streets at night. After I fed back on a small oversight by housekeeping I returned to my room to find a hand written apology note and a bottle of lovely Californian Cabernet Sauvignon. Totally unnecessary but in keeping with 50 Bowery's style of going well above and beyond! I unhesitatingly recommend this hotel!”
