“the location of the hotel was good, close to beach and a short walk to pier. there was a nice pool area the almost no one was using but not all saunas were turned on. breakfast is till 13:00 so that is a very good idea if one like to sleep longer. the staff (who was polish) once noticed we were polish were very friendly and warm. nice that the staff diceded to change our room after we were given one that was a bit different from what you see on booking.com but even the new room was not the same but still a bit better from the first one. nice touch in check in with the welcome drink but takes way too long. If you can pick Steigenberger Grandhotel and Spa!”
“Direct access (a few steps) to superb kilometres long, wide, white-sand beach. Wonderfully comfortable beds and spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Quiet and stylish.”

“Freundlicher und kompetenter Service an der Rezeption und im Spa. Sehr schlechter und teilweise unfreundlicher Service im Hotel-Restaurant "Theo". Bei einem Abendessen, für das zuvor ein Tisch reserviert wurde, Platzierung im zugigsten Bereich des Restaurants. Wartezeiten 30 min für ein Glas Wein, 45 min für die Vorspeise und 80 Minuten für den Hauptgang, den wir nur noch seht hastig essen konnten, um nicht mehr als die ersten Minuten des Films zu verpassen, den wir gerne sehen wollten. Dazu eine Kellnerin, die immer wieder einfach an unserem Tisch vorbei lief, und ein Hotelmanager, der die Beschwerde am nächsten Tag, die sich auch auf die eher mäßige Qualität des Abendessens bezog, mit der Bemerkung kommentierte, das Problem läge wohl in unserer Erwartungshaltung.”
