“Hotel was exceptionally clean, and staff was friendly and courteous.”
“Uptown is a chain that caters to long term residents. It is NOT good for travelers because they have no amenities like shampoo, coffee, breakfast, TV remote, etc. (note receptions could not get us a remote TV controller when we complained.) It is a studio apartment. Also crushed my big toe on the steel bed frame (usually none in regular hotels).”
