“Fushimi Inari shrine is within a 15 minute walk. Railway station close by that takes you straight to Gion and Kawaramachi. Good service from the staff.”
“It is located a few minutes walk from JR Train station and one of the main attractions Inari Temple. Great location, convenience store across the street and staff speaks English and were very nice. Room size was good.”
“There is a bakery near the hotel that sells variety of tasty breads for ¥100 each. Near fushimi inari”
“The room was small but good and very clean. Bed was enough for 2 people. Breakfast was good and had toast, boiled egg, salad, coffee, milk and juice. The hotel staff understood enough English and were helpful.”
“Location is the main (and almost the only) advantage of this hotel. It is conveniently located just 700 ft away from Fushimi Inari Taisha. And the staff was so kind to let us leave our car in the parking for another couple of hours after the checkout.I should also mention the wonderful bakery located right next to the hotel - Marumo Bakery (I am attaching the picture of it!). You'll get the most delicious hot pastry there: croissants, buns, foldovers - with salmon, potato, broccoli, almond, cheese, tuna, beef - any filling you like! Everything - just ¥100 per piece (which is less than $1). Compared to the cost of the breakfast in the hotel (¥1,296 per person - too much for what is included in their menu), this is just super!”
“Easy access from hotel to the rest attraction place in Kyoto. nearest to the train station and easy to get food as Family Mart just in front of the hotel. Really recommended”
“The staff was very polite and Friendly, the breakfast was ok. The hotel had a good location, two stations were close to it as well as fushimiinari, and a nice stream. From the top floor we had a great view on the Mountains surrounding Kyoto.”
“The staff were very helpful. Close to fushimi inari shrine.”
“The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. There was heater in the room, which was both a plus and minus at the same time. It was great for winter, however they had no air conditioner in the room. So it will get a little too hot over the night that even if you are just wearing shorts and go sleeveless, you will still feel warm. There is a really good bakery shop near the hotel that you guys should try!”
“They said its nearby to Fukakusa train station. But actually they have Ryokoku Univ. bus station much nearer to the hotel. it's strategically located nearby the Fushimi Inari Shrine, in which you can walk towards it, for approximately 15 mins. There are a couple of convenient shops located nearby, and there's also a lovely bakery selling cheap buns and breads. It's nearby a university, so if you're lost, you can ask the students passing by, who can speak/understand basic English.”
