We didnt tasted the breakfast but we tasted tapas and a traditional sweet that were delicious! If you also decide not to take the breakfast in the hotel, there is a very good delicatessen "beste delicatessen", as i remember, almost 2 minutes from it, near to the bus station.”

“Value for money option in Purmerend, rooms are OK; bathroom good. Wifi OK. Friendly staff, efficient check-in/out. About 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop; 15 mins walk to the railway station. Free parking.”
“Personnel was very friendly and location fine for visits to Ijsselmeer, North Sea or Amsterdam. We had excellent facilities the first five days, a comfortable room and 3 out of 5 days breakfast. Onl problem arrived when we decided to prolong one extra day. Charge was similar but room much smaller and without breakfast. Normally this would not have disturbed me, but as long staying guests I would have felt fair to maintain quality of room and/or deviate from custom and allow us a breakfast. And surprised when bill was to be paid, that it was almost double anticipated for the final day and required a long convrsation before the hotel realised they had not recognised the payment we had already made. Overall, positive and cosy hotel, only transparency of payment was not clear.”
