“Had to stay overnight in Surabaya, as we were trying to catch a flight back home, the airport in Bali was closed and had to find alternative way of getting home. Booked the hotel for overnight accomodation before catching our flight, was pleasantly surprised as the hotel was luxurious and found it a bit hard to leave. The front desk personel was sympathetic to our situation and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay here again if i ever visit Surabaya”
