“There was no ventilation in the washrooms. There was no tea, coffee maker in the rooms. There was no dustbins inside the room (only inside washroom). No travel desk of the hotel, hence lack of coordination between hotel employees and drivers. Breakfast is very simple, monotonous and repetitive (idly, vada, dosa, tea & coffee).”
