“Really fantastic staff from the reception to the bar ! We arrived with a bike and were given a parking in front of the door to protect the bike from the rain ... We had a glass at the bar with a great service and had a lift to the concert next door. Absolutely great as we had no idea about the hotel nor Westbury before !”

“We stayed three nights at the Viana Hotel and Spa, and had a great time. In my opinion, the hotel is at least 4 stars and wonderful in all respects. The lobby area, common areas and hallways, and our room were all “plush” and top of the line, and the staff was very much customer oriented. “Very clean, nice decor and beds were comfortable. Liked the friendliness of the staff and the efficiency of check in and check out. The hot apple cider and coffee and fruit in the lobby. The small fridge and microwave and Kerug machine with coffee and tea in the room. Modern TV that could be adjusted for viewing.”

“Staff was excellent. Friendly and professional. Surprised us with a complimentary breakfast when we mentioned that the HVAC unit had an intermittent vibration that was somewhat loud and annoying. Since it was late at night we didn't request maintenance but wanted the staff to be aware so it could be looked at before the next guest.”

“We chose the Viana Hotel and Spa because we were in Long Island to attend a concert; it was fairly convenient and offered amenities we enjoy. Every member of the staff was excellent- professional, friendly and very helpful. When we asked the Assistant General Manager, Will Adams, for suggestions of things to do in the area, he printed several pages of ideas which he discussed with us in great detail. We followed his suggestions and had a very enjoyable time in Oyster Bay and at Roosevelt's home there. The room was very comfy, well appointed and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee maker with complimentary coffee in the room and fresh fruit, iced tea, water was available in the lobby plus cookies on Sunday morning!”

“This time we had time for a drink at the bar and it was a pleasant space, subdued lighting and not busy. (There was a 'Sweet 16' going on in a function room out back). We might consider dinner there some time. One of the best features is that the indoor pool/spa/sauna/steam room are open until 11 PM. We had a Queen room - even numbered -- instead of our preferred King (book early - a several weeks in advance) for the best choice and the even numbered rooms have a view of the industrial gas business next door. The odd numbered rooms face west and have a view. King rooms are in the front of the building and can be super large. The front staff are friendly and a helpful, always cheery it seems, maybe this is a good place to work, too.”
