“Beach across the road; Dutch hostess was great! Probably (one of) the best hotel(s) in the area, close to the los frailes beaches with AC'ed rooms that are pretty clean and eco friendly. Oh and very important: the coffee in the morning was fantastic as was the meal we had in the hotel restaurant (probably best I've had in Ecuador so far).”

“I liked that it was right on the "malecon" and close to the beach. The beach is not that clean, saw garbage in the afternoon, even though I saw people cleaning it in the morning. I enjoyed going to the "Frailes" beach, this one was very clean.”

“Location was great, right across the street from the beach. The view from the ocean front rooms with a balcony was killer. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, let us check out several rooms and made sure we were happy before we checked in. We arrived in a rental car and they were able to provide private gated and monitored parking area in the middle of the hotel, it is shaped like a U. The food served was good and they have two bars and a dance floor. To my personal delight, they also had an espresso machine in the bar area. A short walk to the downtown area but not close enough that we were bothered by or heard the late night beach parties Puerto Lopez is known for. Great experience.”
