“Very nice place to stay, being close to funicular and located in peaceful area. Room was big and clean, breakfast very good. From the property is a great view to Orvieto. And people working here are very nice and friendly.”

“Beautiful room and setting. I did not take advantage of the pool, but loved looking at it. A car would be helpful. I walked from the train station and then walked to the funicular to see Orvieto. There is a tunnel on the road leading to the property with no sidewalk. It is not a long tunnel, more a road under an overpass. But the lack of sidewalk was a bit concerning for a walker. The staff was courteous and I would have stayed another night if the room were available. This was one of the nicest rooms that I booked in Italy through Booking.com for a very good price.”

“Its close to the city center and train station, also to funicolar. It was convienent even if you dont have a car. Very friendly and helpful staff, feel like at home. Breakfast light cold buffee...continental and some ham, cheese. Cleaning every day. Some rooms darker it means less daylight in the room but there is a pool and sunbeds so you can stay outside 😊”

“The villa could be reached by walk in around 10 minutes from the train and funicular station. I told them I would reach around 3 hours earlier than the check-in time, and my room was ready. The owner also offered me tea and cakes to rest for a while. Amazing view of Orvieto could be enjoyed, there is also a lovely swimming pool. Room and bathroom is very clean with plenty of towels for use. Bed is comfortable. They also let me leave my luggage after I checked out the next day to walk around Orvieto easily before I catch my train.”

“Much better than normal breakfast for a hotel in Italy. The property was pristine. One of the best we have stayed in here in Italy. Nice bathroom, the bed was very good, internet was good as well. You could tell they took a lot of pride in keeping the place spotless. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. On the edge of the city so you felt like you were in the country. Ten minute walk to the station and several restaurants. Short cable car ride up and you are in the historic city of Orvieto. We will certainly return!”
