“The pictures really don't do this property justice, it was your own personal villa with your own private pool, with 2 fantastic bedrooms downstairs and 3 large bedrooms upstairs all with fabulous 4 poster beds and modern bathrooms. Both floors had a massive lounge, with a large dining room on the ground floor and amazing large communal balcony on the first floor - that had a beautiful view of the beach. The best thing was the breakfast - massive, delicious and freshly cooked.”

“We were shown the newer of the 2 villas they had - I believe its called Villa Kanchana. At first impression, the building took my breath away. It was designed to feel like a cozy colonial home rather than those cold interiors of a hotel. Many of the furniture in the interior are antiques according to the staff. Our room opened up into the view of the Indian Ocean. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom huge. Everything was really clean. We had a lovely time just chilling and having breakfast on the huge balcony. Spent the afternoons in the on-site pool which was clean. We had the entire home to ourselves as it was low season, but the staff were friendly and spoke often with us. Beach outside is more like a small strip of sand and waves were huge, but there were like small rock pools to soak in and you can see some locals fishing too. Fantastic place!”

“The house is beautiful inside and the setting near the beach is fantastic. The place lends itself to relaxing and your needs are well catered for. The food is very good and fresh everyday and makes the stay more relaxing if you don't want to go into Marissa to eat. The staff are lovely and friendly and you can get an excellent aurevedic massage there which adds to one's relaxation.”

“Very very nice villa with very nice staff, we live in the new one and two rooms upstairs for two days. You can find that almost suggestions give by the guest before have been improved such as safe,CCTV, generator....You could have a safety and comfortable staying here without anything confused. I thought the mgr, boss or all of this villa appreciate what the guests advised.The staff warmly welcome us and you can find all you need from them . We also have a lunch here and I wanna say it is much more delicious than we have in town and the lobster is cheaper than we have in town. It is very unforgettable having luch upstairs with the ocean view, so peaceful. It will take 20-30 minutes to walk to the twon and there was a beach not far away on the left of villa. Everything is ok , clean room comfortable bedding well designed and so on. I highly recommend it if you want to have a nice holiday in Mirissa!”

“Great rooms, great view and great food. Peaceful location far enough away from Mirissa Beach to be quiet but very close and cheap by tuk tuk. Staff respond well to request and were very helpful organizing transport both locally and for our onward journey.”
