“The choices for food was very poor as they have had only one/ two staff and they ran out of parmesan cheese and out of coca cola etc. for lunch one could only order two things - green salad and pasta with or with out sauce, but no parmesan cheese!”
“Please do not book this hotel when you are dependent on wifi. Problem was known with the personel oft he hotel, but they chose not to do anything about it ( there was even no wifi in the middle of the night, while everyone was sleeping )”

“De plaats is prachtig!! Heel de omgeving is heel rustgevend. Het complex is tip top in orde. Niets op aan te merken. Personeel is super vriendelijk. We zijn te laat gekomen door druk verkeer en ze hebben op ons gewacht. 😉 Als grappa liefhebber van Berta moet je dit gewoon doen samen met de tour op de distelleria Berta. Dit is disneyworld voor volwassenen. En bij het avondeten kunt ge elke grappa gratis proeven.”

“Moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Zimmer (Superior Zimmer) mit schönen Blick in die Landschaft der Weinberge. Minibar und Restaurant mir sehr fairen Preisen. Sehr nettes Personal und durchweg super Service (u.a. Tipps und Organisation von Weingut-Besuchen, Restaurant-Reservierungen, Late-check-out,...). Wir fühlten uns wie VIPs hier. Nicht zu vergessen, die vielen leckeren Morbidi aus der hauseigenen Pasticceria auf dem Zimmer! Der Besuch der Führung durch die Berta-Distillery (inkl. Grappa-Tasting) ist ein absolutes Muss. Ein ganz bezauberndes Anwesen, 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt.”
