There is another Villa Chacha belonging to the same company and the in the same area which confused the taxi driver and he left us in front of the other one, although a member of the staff walked with us to the right hotel. The hotel is located in a great area full of restaurants and bars and it may be a bit noisy until 2am when everything closes, but it was not really as much as I thought at first. was quiet finally.”
“The location was excellent in a vibrant area near Khoasan Road. Lots of bars, food, music, tourist shopping opportunities. Like this area for a last fling before leaving Thailand. The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and relaxed with an attractive Thai-style decor with lovely paintings and artefacts around. There was an airy and lovely looking dining area inside which we didn't use and a great outside terrace for food and drink which we did use. Good for people watching and enjoying the band in the bar across the road! Our room was simple but comfortable and clean. The receptionist booked our early morning taxi for the airport and had expected to pay a bit extra but it was just a regular price.”
