“the room and bathroom are really spacious. very nice private beach with sunbeds and fatboys. the buildings are a bit old and require a renovation. it's a bit far from harbour. 15' by bicycle. staff is naif, but breakfast is quite good, served on the beach.”
“This was just amazing, exactly what we wanted as a couple on our honeymoon. Aston Hotel wasn't much more expensive but when we looked at it it looked very corporate with way too many guests there. Villa Julius has only 7 huts so they catered to our every need.The villa is located on the north-east side of the beach which is completely different to the busy South. However the bike rental for 50,000 was more than reasonable and you can have a great cycle around the beach.The room was big and clean and the bathroom was lush.Having the pool and the beach within 10 metres of our room was just perfect. The pool was always clean and so was the surrounding area.The been bags to sit and watch the sunset in peace were fantastic! Especially with a large Bintang and popcorn! The staff were so so kind, friendly and genuine.The banana pancake is a MUST. ”

“The bathroom was stunning, the room huge, cool and beautifully decorated. The staff always went above and beyond - worked so hard - and always had a smile. The breakfast was gorgeous: get the banana pancake and muesli and yoghurt. It was on sunset beach - so wasn't crowded with backpackers and too much touting boat tickets, swim shorts etc, it was easy to relax. They also let you hire bikes from them - which is a great way to get around the island.!”
