- Please note that all guests have access to the pool and garden which are not part of the property but are located nearby.<br><br>Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“The owner was waiting at the bus stop in Cabanaconde and took us to the property. He was constantly joking what created a funny atmosphere. There is a restaurant attached to the villa with pretty delicious food served in big quantities. I liked the grilled alpaca there. If you don't want to spend money in the restaurant, there are a couple of smalls shops around the main square with cheap local grocery products (like homemade cottage cheese and granadillas :) One can be very satisfied with the breakfast included in the room rate: it is diversed, comes with fresh fruit juice and is served from early morning (06:30am). From the restaurant's terrace you can admire a couple of snow-capped volcanoes. We could store our big backpacks for the time we went down to the canyon in the closed storage room for 3 soles/each. A village life takes place at the square which the restaurant is facing so sitting there gives a chance to observe local clothing and customs.”
