“got upgraded to a new renovated room”
“When we first arrived for an overnight stay, we loved the room we booked (double bed), very comfy. And the location was awesome. Just a street away from the bus station coz we were going for an overnight stay in legoland the next day,just one pedestrian cross and then we were there. And also very near to the bugis junction and bugis mall, 3 pedestrian crossing and we were there and the staff were very accommodating and very helpful to us. After that we went back to this hotel (village hotel bugis)we booked for the same kind of room (doubel bed) and we were given an upgrade to a family room FREE OF CHARGE (how cool is that?) THANK YOU SIR MARC and MS VISHA :) which is why I am very happy to give this review. Me and my husband said that when we stay for another vacation we THIS will be our hotel again and even before we went back to the Philippines we already told our friends how awesome this hotel is ... And oh! Did I mention that our kids LOVED the place and didn't want to go back anymore? :) a rating of 5 star to a 4 star hotel.”
