“All I wanted in a hotel for relaxation. Spa, gym, pool, excellent bar and restaurant. All for the same price as any B&B. Rooms are excellent and had sky sports 1,2 & 3 😀. This is rare in hotels in this price range.Will go there again. ”
“Hotel was well placed for bus routes into edinburgh. Free parking was a bonus. Rooms were excellent. Plenty of choice for meals in restaurant and also bar meals.”
“The room was spotless, upper deck room was nicely set out. Amenities were great, although we didn't use gym or pool we could have. Breakfast was nice, could have been a bit more organised. Good choice though. Bus times displayed in reception so no need to wander over to the stop and wait. Only 10 minutes from Princes street.”

“Booked the hotel at short notice for 2 nights on rugby international weekend and so rate was high, also got booked into a wheelchair accessible room (probably only room available at late date) with a connecting door which was not good as soundproofing through door was poor. But staff very helpful next morning and moved us to a lovely quiet and very comfortable "Upper Deck" room. Staff very pleasant and helpful!”
