“Everything was excellent except that the heating was low and we were cold until we got into the most comfortable bed ever...really perfect. We were also booked in for a room splendidly organised for the disabled but that was a style unsuited to our needs. On another occasion I shall be more specific about that choice of room.”

“We had a rubbish view from our bedroom we could only see a brick wall very disappointing (room 110) there was a plaster in the hot tub, facilities where dirty, i burnt myself on a hot plate which brought to my table at breakfast scoulding 3 fingers had to report it, havent anythhing more no follow up call etc so overall was a traumatic stay and im not happy would give a 0 if could. I also was asked to pay extra for use of facilities but was not informed prior to arrival or mentioned when i booked my room over the phone. Not happy at all”
