“A quick one night stay in BKK - decided to check out the W hotel and not disappointed. Location was fine for us for our reason to stay - not sure in location to other areas. W hotel was cool and quirky as we expected - room size was good and was nice and quiet. All staff we met were helpful and the service was friendly and efficient in breakfast restaurant and the concierge/reception staff. F&B prices pretty high in comparison to other hotels/locations. I guess it comes with the brand!”

“The iPad that controls the lights, temperature of the room, alarm, do not disturb. Also, the booklet in the room includes so many useful things other than the food menu for room service. It gave me information of where to go in Bangkok, which was extremely helpful. Staff were very friendly. House dj every almost every night. Super comfy room, with all the essentials for a Millennials like myself. Great location. Highly recommended!”
