“The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. All of the staff members were very friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. As we walked down the hall every staff member we passed said hello and good morning. We also loved the free shuttle. It was so perfect for getting into downtown and back for the evening. We were there on a Saturday evening, and there was live music right next to the bar in the lobby.”

“I was given a room on the sixth floor, which is being entirely renovated - so I don't know what the rooms on 1-5 are like. But my room was exceptional. Japanese elegance and simplicity. GREAT bed. No lousy generic art on the walls. NOTE: No tub. Ask for a room with a tub, if you need a tub. Also: Uncarpeted. Coffee maker is in a drawer. It makes one cup at a time.”
