“We booked last minute, but this met our need for a basic room with private bathroom for a night under $100, with parking and not a ryokan (we don't find futons very comfortable). The mountain view room is no joke. Fujisan is truly right there as long as the cloud cover lifts; it is amazing. Comfortable room with Western style mattress. Parking is abundant. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom. Did not get around to using the onsen, but are set hours for women and set hours for men with 5 minute grace periods in between. Location is very convenient to Fuji Q Highland (walking) and is 13 minutes (driving) from Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway and the Kawaguchiko Lake. There is a big well organized Donkihote w/arcade and takoyaki behind the very mediocre steakhouse down the street.”
“The location was oke there were a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. There was a massage chair in our room! Which was great after hiking to the top of fuji. Fuji-q highlands was on walking distance.”
“The room is clean n tidy. There's a massage chair inside the room. Free hot spring was clean too. The location is close to Fujikyu park and bus station. But the walk from the station was a bit dangerous (no pedestrian walkside) Many resaurant and a convenient store nearby.”
“Even though it was cheap compared to other hotels in the area, it was a really good hotel with all facilities. The staff was nice (they brought us to the station by van) and the room bigger than usual. Also interesting restaurants nearby”
“It was approx a 20min walk from Fujisan station. Route was easy. We arrived before check-in time but front staff were kind enough to store our bags free of charge. Our purpose was to visit Fuji-Q highland for the day. It took us approx 10min by foot from the hotel, cutting through the parking lot of the Fuji-Q highland hotel. The first section of Fuji-Q we reached was Gaspard & Lisa town. Unsure whether this was the closest route but, we reached the entrance closest to Fujiyama (the ride) so, not complaining! There are plenty of restaurants lining the main road of the hotel and a convenience store, Family mart on the hotel premises. Once inside our room, we were happy to find a massage chair and a view of Mt.Fuji. We had Room #201. Loved the firm bed mattress and pillows. For smokers, there's a smoking room on the 2F and the 1F (ground fl).”
“The hotel itself is pleasant and very clean. The onsen is great and the view from the room of Fuji is excellent”
“The location was great with a beautiful view of the mountain from the room. The room size was big compared to other accom in Japan.”
“Fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. The massage chair is a plus point especially after a hard day of walking ”
“Great location, nice and compact room. Very comfy bed and its large enough for a family with one child. All necessary facilities available. What a pity i didn't get to try the public bathroom because of my allergy. Would love to come back next time!”
“There was a massage chair in the room! And we had a great view of Mt Fuji directly out our window. Reasonable sized room too. Located walking distance from the Fuji Q highland, although over a KM from local train stations. Free onsen at the hotel which was amaze.”
