“The original room we were booked into was at the White Hart and was lovely, however, it was up loads of stairs (I should have requested a lower room at time of booking). The young lady booking us in was very helpful and kindly moved us to a room at their sister boutique hotel The Stag (a more expensive hotel at no extra cost to us). The room was very unusual and smart and the bathroom was beautiful.”
