“Whole experience was 1st rate would recommend .Had a ground floor room with on suite wet room very well arranged,top quality tea coffee and hot chocolate.”

“Lovely bathroom. From a female point of view: lots of mirrors with lights; an abundance of electricity wall plugs in the right places; hairdrier conveniently placed near large mirror. Also loved the soap dispensers.”

“We regulariley eat at Marston's pubs around the country and when we needed accommodation for one night in Blackburn to satisfy a hospital visit we found The Willows on your web site and thought we would give it a try. We were pleasently surprised and would certainly stay there again.”

“Staff were great. Noticed my husband had put a towel under his pillow to raise it slightly and provided him a third pillow unasked for. Really good value for money. On site breakfast not included in the price but very good value too.”

“Liked the loacation and the cleaning staff for the hotel. I unfortunately had an unexpected ladies issue the night we arrived and the next morning spoke to two lady cleaners doing a room just down from ours and explained the embarrassing story. They told me usually the room is cleaned before and after a guest stays but they’d take a look and when I’d got back they changed our bedding and towels and tidied around the room.”

“The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lianne and Karen at the checking in desk. Karen went above and beyond to make our stay that bit extra special and thoroughly made us feel a part of the 'family' .. The hotel is obviously in excellent condition as it's a new hotel, the room was very spacious, it was comfortable and had a nice variety of the little extras of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits which were greatly appreciated on arriving after travelling all day. It's nice to have the restaurant on site, the food was very reasonably priced, breakfast was tasty and it's a great location for the football (and plenty of other amenities near by) .. Time to get saving so we can come back!!”
