“The Staff Is Always Helpful. Housekeeping is Top Notch. They go the extra miles to make sure not a single hair is found in your sheets, towels, or bed. They details of fanning the ice bag, and the toilet paper. They are a good crew who maintains this property. It is a quiet, safe, very ideal to the area. For average of $79-$89 Night. Free ample parking, free wifi, premium coffees, and toiletries. A hot shower, lots of everything in the room you could ever need. I Love This Property. Plus Free USA Today, and Breakfast in the morning. It’s a Deal. And No Short Changing. They Care Which Shows. And I Have Never Smelled Any Smoke So That Is Strictly Enforced & No Pets Either So No Muggy, Pet, Or Urine Smells.”
“The staff member that checked me in was very nice he even changed my room form handicapped to regular. The staff on the phone were very rude. And would not change the room from handicapped to regular.”

“Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Air-conditioning worked fine,shower was good and had a nice pressure, also positive was that there were drink and ice dispensers on every floor. Parking on site is easy accesible and seemed safe. The location was very good, nearby you had a the Springfield mall with plenty of shops and famous brands. For late hours there is a decent bar where they serve food called the "Yard House".”
