“Upon check in, first room given had pet hair all over the beds. I was moved to a different room. In that room male bodily fluids were all over the top cover. Housekeeper came in and verified that I was given a second room that had not yet been cleaned. My 11 yr old was in tears after driving such a distance and having to stay in a place like that”
