“I can't say enough how good this hotel is. Everything needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable and firm. The breakfast was excellent (free, though a tip is suggested). I was there for 2 weeks, and every little problem that arose was very quickly addressed (eg a blind catching in the side mechanism). The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurants in the food court on the ground floor offer a good variety. I agree with another guest's comment that a good room for views is high up, on the North-East side of the building. Also, it is a safe area to walk around. I found it important to get out for fresh air, as the windows can't be opened.”
