“The rooms themselves were pretty good, the there are two complexes here, so you are awar, one side is timeshare the other is a hotel, we actually booked the timeshare side, not clear when booking. Hotel was clean, pretty good, food limited and there is an automatic 19% surcharge, regardless of the service you receive. Great facilities in the rooms Location was good, beach active, boat trips good, facilities pretty good but service really let this down.”
