- Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name.<br><br>Please note that swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. On Mondays, it closes at 18:00 due to maintenance. On the first Monday of the month, the swimming pool stays closed the whole day, only reopening at 12:00 of the following day.<br><br>According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.<br><br>Please note that room service is available until 22:30.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “Good spacious room and bed. Nice location next to the beach and very good if you wish to chill a bit and not see Manaus. It is a bit far from the city and restaurants and it will take half an hour by car to get into town (always traffic). Nice pool, very tasty caipirinhas and Bolinhos de bacalhau. A Brazilian/Dutch waiter in the restaurant was very attentive and a great host.”

“This hotel had a nice breakfast. They seem somewhat understaffed, we waited 20-30 minutes for the bar waiter to show up and this was dueto him working both the bar in the front of the hotel and the bar by the pool. Additionally he was our waiter for dinner so I do not know of someone else became responsible for the bar areas. Check-in/-out easy and quick.”
