“This is a wonderful 16th century public house in a village to match. The bedroom was a little small as you would expect in this grade 2 listed building. The evening meal and selection of beers etc was first class as was the breakfast. We used this accommodation as an evening stop on the way to pick up a ship in Southampton. We shall definitely be stopping again on our next trip to the cruise terminal. Before setting off to our final destination we walked the village and found every local villager we passed extremely friendly.”
