“Friendly staff, helpful with guidance for the city, large cosy room with TV and air-con, good breakfast, close to bus stops for city centre and train station. Bus station outside that takes you to Piazzale Michelangelo where you can see all the city from above. Hotel is located 25-30 mins walk to city centre that is worth it as you walk pass by nice taverns and bars.”
