“My first impression was the spa-like aroma in the check-in area. Just like its name 'Zen', the hotel really gives guests the peaceful and soothing feelings. The bed is super comfy, the air con sets perfect temperature for the room without our adjustment, which is a wonder for me because I always had to adjust the temperature in every room I stayed in before, it was always too cold or too hot. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, we even enjoyed walking from Lavender MRT to the hotel because the scenery is so nice.”

“Excellent customer service. Liked that it was a renovated historic building and not a generic hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fridge with soft drinks included in tariff was appreciated. Didn't try the coffee machine but it was nice that one was in the room.”
