“Breakfast was generous. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The upstairs bungalow had two verandas- one facing east towards the jungle, the other facing west overlooking the garden and pool. The bed was a huge, four-poster one with mosquito netting. The grounds are lovely- like walking through a secret garden. It feels special to be there and I slept well. The pool itself was lovely although the pool side seating area wasn't very accommodating, there was an additional Balinese style open gazebo to sit in next to the pool. I loved the Balinese style of the whole place. I also loved that I could easily walk to all the stuff to do in Ubud and the supermarket was across the street.”

“Great customer service. Left my dress in the wardrobe upon checking out. I emailed to the property management 2 days later but realised that the email was not sent to the right management after I had called in to check with them 3 weeks later. I sent another email that morning. Their team leader, Mira, replied my email as soon as the next day to tell me that they had found my dress and kept it well for me.”
