“It is great value for money. Place is really clean. Bed is comfortable with clean sheets too. We were even provided with basic essentials given the cheap and affordable price per room. Initially when we checked in, we found out the air conditioner in our room was leaking. However, there were really great staffs to assist us in changing our rooms similar to the one we booked very conviniently and hassle free. It is also located in a strategic place. It has great access to highways hence making traveling around KL very easy. This place will be complete if the management decides to add a mini bar. I feel it will be a plus point and makes it the perfect place to stay. Other than that, it was a great and pleasant stay. It will definitely be my choice of hotel to stay whenever I visit KL, and maybe other places as well since this is a chain branch. We really loved the service provided.”
