“On arrival all the reception staff were most friendly and helpful (Christina) in particular giving all the information we requested, safe hire, pool towels, direction to dinning room, snack bar, Ala carte dinning , spa facility. Even giving the weather forecast and details about the town festival and fire works display. Our room request on a lower floor was ideal and located directly next to an accessible lift, with corner balcony, receiving late afternoon sun and beautiful sunset. The food was delicious and with plenty of choice even being non fish eaters we found there was never a need to repeat a meal, during our 7 night all inclusive package.Breakfast was a particular favorite of ours - the ommlettes ( freshly made by Victor) were so tasty. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful and worked hard ( as did all of the hotel staff). The bar staff provided a good service - and there was a large choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available.”
