“The staff. They are amazing. My mum hurt her leg and could not walk anymore. Our room was on the tip floor. There is no elevator. So she would have had to climb two flights of stairs. The staff were so compassionate. They put us in the family room which is on lower floor near kitchen for no extra cost. The chef even came to us to ask for our order for dinner. When I asked chef for ice he gave some then checked up on my mum when I was gone to see if she needed more an hour later. Even complimentary pick up from ferry! Didn't want to leave!”
