“I asked for rose petals and some extras in my room for our anniversary and they provided exactly that, was very impressed. So quick to check in at the machine and has an amazing canteen which is open 24 hours. The bed is absolutely massive and so comfortable. All the lights and blinds etc are controlled by the iPad in the room where you also get free movies to watch. Mood lighting is also in the room which was great. Location is perfect for shopping, cinema, bars and restaurants! My partner is a very light sleeper and usually it’s a nightmare for her to sleep in hotels for noise but we heard nothing in the night and she wasn’t woken once!”

“We stayed here for my partners birthday. I had written on the booking it was his birthday and when we got to the room there was balloons on the bed and a hand written birthday note. A lovely gesture and a very personal touch. The ease of self check in and out was excellent. Although staff were on hand incase anyone needed a hand. The room itself it well laid out and excellent tech touch of controlling the room with an iPad. I would definitely stay again.”
