“Generally, staff helpful and courteous. On arrival there was one person on dirty in reception and she was very busy attending to a conversation on the telephone. Instead of excusing herself for a moment from the conversation in order to call a colleague immediately, we were obliged to wait a good five to seven minutes. It was not until we asked someone putting up Christmas decorations for help that anything was done. There should always be a minimum of two staff on duty at any hotel reception desk!”
“We used this hotel for a visit to the Greenwich Observatory which is a not too far a distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. Also (for a fee) we could leave our car in their car park during our 2 day visit which enabled us to walk around Greenwich at our leisure.”

“A very nice,quite and lovely hotel in the center of Greenwich, surrounded by Bars, foods, shops, market and Parks, furthermore, it is walking distance to the DSR where you can easily access to central London. We have stayed 4 nights here, receptionist are all very friendly, activity helpful and hospitality,especially girl named Suming who has offered a lot help. Breakfast is OK, which is exactly the same as you can find on the street Only thing to advise is Parking fee for the hotel guests could be a bit more discount.”
