“We arrived saturday evening about 1930 and reasonably expected to eat at the hotel but the restaurant was closed. We were told the restaurant is never open on a saturday evening. Why were we not told this at the time of the booking. Surely if IBIS STYLES is supposed to be a quality hotel it should have restaurant facilities on a saturday. Outside the hotel is a large sign claiming they have a restaurant so we feel cheated. Please comment.”
