“Breakfast was good. Hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood which was easy to reach via car. The hotel is quite new, rooms were clean. It was nice that there was a restaurant onsite, which was great, as we had arrived quite late and the are no restaurants close by.”
“Nothing in particular - these are general overall comments Welcomed the fact that the receptionist spoke English and tried to be very helpful - however, when we expressed our disappointment at having to find a restaurant to eat in the evening she claimed she had told us that a large party was coming in at 7.30pm. We did not understand this to mean that we would not be able to have a meal but that service might be slower than usual. She did assure us there would be no problem for breakfast the next morning - if there was then she would arrange for the staff to make up meals for us to take away; this did not prove necessary”
