“I had a number of heavy bags, but was able to catch the Royal Armory bus - perhaps it was called the South Bank bus- for 50 p which got me pretty close to the property... so just had to walk about 100 yards or so over the bridge to get to the hotel. The location is very central, and is within walking distance of the bus station, downtown shopping areas, and the train station. I would say that the style is modern and minimalist. My room may have been slightly small, but I liked it and I liked the view over the traffic below and the trains leaving Leeds for York. The price was good for oh-so-expensive England, and the breakfast in the morning was filling and tasty. I was also pleased to have the public computer on the first floor so that I could send some messages and check my bank account. Not all of us bring out smartphones with us when we travel!......”
“Clean, modern, quiet. Feels a bit like a futuristic living pod. Very basic, but basic well designed. Double bed with a small TV, a small integrated desk area, sink and shower in the same room as the bed (potentially a problem depending on how comfortable you are with your sharer of the double bed!) with the toilet being the only thing behind a separate door.”

“Good location. Could walk everywhere. Parking is a few minutes walk away but very good value for a city centre location at £7.50 for 24 hours (call reception beforehand for car park location - you need to collect a pass when you check in to get the special rate). There is a small Co-op supermarket nearby.”
