“Farhan, the office manager, went above and beyond normal duties and helped out with airport shuttles, exchanging money for an auto rickshaw etc. The hotel room was very clean (I can give you horror stories on other Bangalore hotels) and the included breakfast was great as well (idli/sambar/dosa/eggs/coffee). The location on MG Road is perfect for taking the metro (to District 6, a microbrewery, for example) and also for walking to Brigade Road (it took about 15 minutes to walk 1.4km to Blossom Book House on Church Street with only a couple of typically scary Indian road crossings). It's also close to the Cantonment train station: I arrived by train and left by air.”

“Not many options for an English breakfast, asked for sausages what came were a few bit of tiny sausage that was sliced (not even a full sausage) also the bacon was rather small and thin, I can understand the primary clientele being Indian but there were people from other countries too whom you should think of accommodating during breakfast :) other than that the stay was excellent and the staff esp Farhad in reception is really good, Farhad will go very far in hospitality :)”
“The staff is very attentive and helpful. The location in just on MG road so excellent to reach my business commitments. I wanted a quite room which I didn't get on arrival so they upgraded my room next day to a suite when I complained about noise. You should book without hesitation.”

“initial safe-deposit box did not work and had to be exchanged with another one. safe-deposit box is not fixed and can be stolen. Menu on safe-deposit box is not the best (does not recall the number dialed before closing).”

The restaurant is close to the MG Mall, which has restaurants and shopping. Overall, they were pleased with the Suite and with the hotel and its staff.”
