“The front desk booked us on the first floor, facing the courtyard, near the pool because they knew we were traveling w/children. They also supplied 2 clean, comfortable cribs. The room, the property, and the pool were very clean. The front desk person was amazing- friendly, smart (she chose our room based on the kids), and helpful. We had to submit a noise complaint and the house manager couldn't be found so the front desk agent felt w/the issue.”

“Starbucks cafe for breakfast. Good control of room temperature. Blackout curtain very effective for blocking light. Rollout desk/table versatile to allow for people to sit around it to eat. Allowing for outside food deliveries convenient. Refrigerator a definite plus. Platform on bed eliminates forgetting things underneath. Pillows and bed toppers provided good comfort. Good number of outlets provided for use for charging of devices. Good TV size and color. Shower had good comfort. Liked shower curtain arching out to give more room in tub area.”
