“The whole stay!!! Our first room smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel, obviously guests did not abide by regulations! But desk clerk immediately gave me another room and upgraded it!! It didn’t look any different size wise, but had a sink in same area as toilet, unlike the one I had first-separate area fro both (which I actually prefer :).”

“I liked the location. The hotel has a walking path around a pond on the one side and then across the highway there is a bigger pond with another path around it. We like to go for walks in the morning. The hotel seemed a bit tired and dated but it was clean and the staff was friendly. For families with young children, the big slide and pool was a bonus. My son was kicking himself for forgetting his swimming trunks at home. There was a big wedding one of the nights that we were there but we never heard any of the party animals. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and close to the university that we were visiting.”

“There was one waitress that went above and beyond during our stay on August 26 to 29th to make a pot of Decaf Coffee for us as they do not have the coffee pots that readily available to make the decaf. She was wonderful! This stay the staff was all different and I did not even ask about having decaf coffee with breakfast, we stopped at Tim Hortons on the way to the Airport instead.”

Able to book me an extra night at the same rate of my previous nights, even though the price was supposed to have increased Good restaurant for all meals Relatively quiet I had an issue when booking in, staff did everything they could to resolve the issue, while apologizing and being very friendly, and the issue was resolved”
