“This is a new hotel and the place is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. We took our grandson to Howes Caverns and stayed at this hotel. It was an easy drive back and forth to the caverns. The room was nice. Enjoyed the balcony view of the river. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Comfortable beds and linens, plenty of pillows. Liked the kitchenette with a full size fridge. As nice as all this was, it was still pricey for the terrible customer service we received during our stay.”
